Monopolis is an office, entertainment and cultural center in Łódź, being built in the former Complex of Spirits Industry Plants "Monopol Wódczany". In the years 1902-2007, the complex served as an alcohol (and temporarily tobacco) factory, and in 2013, the area was bought by Virako, which intends to adapt the factory for offices, services and art. The problem reported in the building were odors penetrating from the bakery located on the ground floor to the upper floors - to the office spaces. Sealing with AEROSEAL® technology included the ventilation duct in the shaft in axes 2/F-G in building B3 (the scope of work included the section from the elbow in front of the canal entrance to the shaft to the firing into the roof outlet). As a result of Energy Air's work, the leakage was reduced by 98.5%, the duct meets the standards of tightness class B.
