Globis Poznań is a 9-story class A building that offers approximately 13,500 m2 of office space for rent. The average floor area is approximately 1,600 m2. The building is located at Roosevelta Street, near the intersection with Dąbrowskiego Street, one of the main communication arteries of Poznań. As part of the work, Energy Air improved the tightness of the ventilation ducts to class "D" for shafts and "C" on selected tenant floors. The fresh air distribution system was modernized and the VAV system was inventoried along with its regulation and the setting of new, energy-saving operating points of the supply and exhaust fans in the main air handling units.
