Phrase "What is unseen matters" has guided us from the beginning and is with us to this day, but after years of successful implementation, it also opens the way to global thinking.
When establishing Energy Air, we focused on solving difficulties that users encountered in buildings and improving the standard of use of them. We wanted and care about improving the quality of use of buildings and raising awareness of the enormous importance of air cleanliness for the functioning of their users - us, people. The slogan "What is invisible matters" has guided us from the beginning and is with us to this day, but after years of successful implementation, it also opens the way to global thinking.
We are a team of specialists with many years of experience in designing, building, commissioning and operating building installations (mainly HVAC), and our special skill is repairing existing systems so that they can ensure the highest user comfort, safety and energy efficiency even many years after commissioning. A well-thought-out and properly carried out repair can be a much more profitable and ecological solution than a thorough renovation, and at the same time less burdensome for the functioning of the building. Our projects include office buildings, restaurants/commercial kitchens, hotels, hospitals, and various types of industrial facilities. We know that for the proper well-being of users of all facilities, what is invisible is important - air quality, proper regulation, patency of installations, tightness of ducts, and many other factors, virtually all of which, thanks to technologies appearing on the market in recent years, are possible to regenerate.

Łukasz Dobroszycki
Contract manager
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry encompassing design, construction, project management, and building maintenance and operations, Łukasz is a well-known expert in the construction field, having contributed to over 30 projects. He holds unrestricted construction licenses for managing construction works in the installation specialty. Furthermore, continuing his professional development, he completed postgraduate studies in Heating Engineering with Energy Auditing at the Warsaw University of Technology.
Jagoda Filipiuk
Sustainability Advisor
A graduate of Warsaw University of Technology in Environmental Engineering, specializing in Heating, Heating Systems, and Ventilation. Within the team, she is responsible for carbon footprint reduction issues, actively involved in sales and marketing, and supports the process of creating energy audits. She is an open and flexible person, ready to take on new challenges. Through her attitude, she demonstrates how a sustainable approach to life and business can go hand in hand with innovative technical solutions.
Piotr Kądziela
Chief Engineer/HVAC Expert
With extensive, over 10 years of experience as an engineer specializing in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, he has diagnosed the causes of incorrect or suboptimal operation of installations: designed new solutions and implemented them in 23 buildings (office, commercial, hospital, production, and warehouse facilities across Poland). He optimized energy consumption in 7 buildings with a total value of 1,334 MWh/year, resulting in a reduction of CO2 emissions by 995 tons of CO2 annually.
