Phrase ‘What is invisible - matters’ has guided us since the company was founded. We are a team of specialists with many years’ experience in the design, construction, commissioning and operation of HVAC systems.
Our particular expertise lies in repairing existing systems so that, even many years after they were first commissioned, they can continue to provide the highest levels of comfort, safety and energy efficiency. Our projects include office buildings, restaurants and commercial kitchens, hotels, hospitals, and industrial and pharmaceutical facilities. We know that, for the comfort of users and the cost optimisation of owners and managers alike, it is the unseen aspects that matter – air quality and volume, correct regulation, the unobstructed flow of the system, the airtightness of ducts and many others. We pay close attention to all these aspects in our day-to-day work.

Paweł Borowiecki
CEO
Paweł has over 20 years of experience in HVAC projects in Poland and Europe, including over 14 years in commercial real estate projects and 8 years in healthcare and pharmaceuticals (clean rooms). His experience ranges from supporting designers and contractors to independently managing comprehensive ventilation system modernization projects. At Energy Air, he is responsible for the company's development strategy, the implementation of innovative solutions, and the establishment and maintenance of lasting and cooperative relationships with customers. He is a graduate of EMBA at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, a member of the TechMedis project Advisory Board, and the originator and co-author of patent applications in the field of ventilation and air conditioning for office and hospital buildings.

He completed his bachelor’s degree in trend analysis and creation, and is currently studying management, marketing and PR. He combines technical knowledge with an analytical approach, which enables him to successfully carry out HVAC projects. He is interested in history, geography, gunmaking and sociology. At work, he focuses on developing and continuously improving his skills, whilst ensuring the highest quality of the tasks he undertakes.

A passionate administrator with an impressive track record. As Office Manager, she manages the office perfectly, ensuring that daily tasks are organised efficiently. Monika is distinguished by her creativity, commitment and sense of humour, which introduces a positive atmosphere at work.

With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry encompassing design, construction, project management, and building maintenance and operations, Łukasz is a well-known expert in the construction field, having contributed to over 30 projects. He holds unrestricted construction licenses for managing construction works in the installation specialty. Furthermore, continuing his professional development, he completed postgraduate studies in Heating Engineering with Energy Auditing at the Warsaw University of Technology.

A student of Automation and Applied Robotics at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology, currently completing his Bachelor of Engineering degree. At Energy Air, he combines automation with programming and computer science, working on areas such as control systems and IT infrastructure.He is drawn to the idea of technology taking over tedious and repetitive tasks from humans – hence his interest in automation, servers, networks and self-hosting.
