Intelligent ventilation
Smart ventilation is a system that automatically adjusts the supply of fresh air to the actual needs of the building’s occupants. As a result, the building consumes less energy, whilst occupants enjoy a comfortable and healthy environment in which to work or study.
Supply air:
720 m3/h
Supply air:
120 m3/h

What is smart ventilation?
The system analyses parameters such as CO₂ concentration, humidity and even PM2.5 particulate matter, as well as the presence of people and the current use of rooms, and adjusts the operation of the ventilation system accordingly.
Benefits:
- automatic adjustment of ventilation capacity to current demand,
- a significant reduction in the energy consumption of the HVAC system,
- improving and monitoring air quality and user comfort,
- lower bills mean a lower service charge and a more competitive rental,
- support for achieving ESG objectives and reducing the carbon footprint,
- possible integration with existing building automation systems.
Implementation:
- analysis of the existing installation,
- modernisation project and cost estimates for the various implementation options,
- selection of suitable sensors and control components,
- installation and commissioning of the system,
- integration with the building management system (BMS) or standalone operation,
- user training and technical support.
What you should know?
In many buildings, the ventilation system operates at a constant capacity regardless of the number of people in the rooms. This results in unnecessary energy consumption and higher running costs. Smart ventilation eliminates this problem by continuously adjusting the volume of supply and extract air to suit the actual conditions. The system operates at exactly the capacity required at any given moment. This solution is ideal for offices, hotels, schools, hospitals, retail premises, industrial buildings and anywhere else where the number of occupants fluctuates throughout the day. Depending on the building’s characteristics and how it is used, it is possible to significantly reduce the operating costs of ventilation systems whilst maintaining a high level of comfort and air quality. Intelligent control also helps to extend the service life of HVAC equipment and reduce CO₂ emissions, supporting the sustainable operation of buildings.
