Prosta Tower is an office building located in Warsaw's Wola district at Prosta Street. It has 19 above-ground floors and a 5-story underground parking lot. Its northern wall is adjacent to the residential skyscraper Łucka City, which creates a unique arrangement of pairs of interconnected high-rise buildings in Poland and rare in the world. The nozzles of the heating and cooling beams were cleaned in the building, materials were prepared for the report/documentation on the cleaning carried out, and a visual inspection of the contamination status of the heat exchangers of the cooling beams was carried out. Air and chilled water efficiency measurements were also made, as well as an inspection of the installation, replacement of CAV regulators and sealing.
