The Interdisciplinary Research Institute, established by the University of Warsaw, is a modern center dedicated to generating and implementing innovative ideas and supporting the development of individuals involved in science. The building consists of three parts and is distinguished by its glazed façade, which ensures excellent natural light access. The facility has been designed with full accessibility for people with disabilities in mind, creating a space conducive to effective work and learning. The audit we conducted focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of the ventilation system equipped with Variable Air Volume (VAV) controllers. Our analysis aims not only to optimize energy consumption but also to ensure comfort within the building. Our technical opinion assesses whether the proposed solution is technically optimal, energy-efficient, and effective in meeting the requirements for laboratory environments.
