Phrase ‘What is invisible - matters’. has guided us since the company was founded. After years of successful realisations, it means much more than the air in the buildings we care for. For us, it also means caring for the environment and striving for sustainability.

When we set up Energy Air, we focused on solving the difficulties that users faced in buildings and improving the standard of use. We were and are committed to improving the quality of use of buildings and raising awareness of the great importance of clean air for the functioning of their users - us, the people. The slogan ‘What is invisible matters’ has guided us since the company's inception. After years of successful implementation, however, it already means much more than the air in the buildings we care for. For us, it is also about caring for the environment and striving for sustainability.

We are a team of specialists with many years of experience in the design, construction, commissioning and operation of building systems (mainly HVAC). Our particular skill is repairing existing systems so that, even many years after commissioning, they can provide the highest levels of occupant comfort, safety and energy efficiency. A well-thought-out and properly executed repair can be a much more cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution than a major renovation, while being less disruptive to the building's operation. Our projects include office buildings, restaurants and commercial kitchens, hotels, hospitals, industrial and pharmaceutical facilities. We know that it is the invisible that matters for the proper wellbeing of the occupants of all facilities - air quality, correct regulation, installation patency, duct leakage and much more. All of these factors, thanks to the technologies that have emerged on the market in recent years, are capable of being regenerated.

Our team is made up of engineers and experts in the field of ventilation installations and all those that affect the ventilation of the building.

Technical Director
An irreplaceable member of our HVAC experts team, his comprehensive knowledge in the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems ensures tailored and efficient solutions. A graduate in Environmental Engineering from the Faculty of Building Services, Hydro and Environmental Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology.

Łukasz Dobroszycki

Director of Implementation
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry encompassing design, construction, project management, and building maintenance and operations, Łukasz is a well-known expert in the construction field, having contributed to over 30 projects. He holds unrestricted construction licenses for managing construction works in the installation specialty. Furthermore, continuing his professional development, he completed postgraduate studies in Heating Engineering with Energy Auditing at the Warsaw University of Technology.

Mariusz Przybysz

HVAC project coordinator
He says: ‘Engineer by upbringing, scientist by conviction’. He is happy to learn what he doesn't know yet, always with an open mind. Ventilation, hydraulics, electrics and automation have no secrets for him. During the day, he supervises construction sites, at night he plays board games with his friends.

She is a student of Environmental Engineering at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. She is open-minded and has an exceptional ease of communication, which translates into the quality of her work. Ewa loves travelling, snowboarding and weight training. She has been with the Energy Air team since May 2024.

Kacper Śpiewak

HVAC project assistant
He is a student of Environmental Engineering specialising in district heating, heating, ventilation and gas at the Warsaw University of Technology. He has gained the knowledge he applies in his work from some of the best professionals in the industry. Kacper shows great commitment and efficiency, is a fast learner and stubbornly pursues his goal, not recognising the impossible. Privately, he is a powerlifting triathlete with the title of Polish junior champion and multiple medallist in national competitions.
